Hey everyone, thanks for all the encouragment so far. It makes a difference just knowing you guys are all here for me.
So, today I switched out my usual coca-cola in the morning for water and beleive it or not, I lived. Crazy, I know. I really want to start getting more active, but it is 3 degrees right now, so I guess I should go get on the Wii fit we have. At least it would be something.
Anybody have any quick tips to get rid of the headache and fatigue that comes with no caffeine in the morning. I know it will go away eventually, but a quick fix would be good.
Anyway, thanks for the support.

When I gave up caffeine once so long ago, I only had a headache for about 1 day, so hopefully tomorrow will be better.
