Wow, I can't believe it has been almost a month since I started this change.
I had an off day yesterday and just wasn't in it at all. I did go to the gym and 20 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes on the treadmill. After I got home, I just started snacking and not healthy nutritional snacks, just snacks. There was really no reason either, I just did. This is what I do, I get going good on something and then I sabotage the whole thing. So, this time I am going to break through the wall instead of keep running into it.
I ate a good breakfast this morning and then worked out for 1 and 1/2 hours and feel like I can do anything. I am also wearing pants today that I haven't worn for months. So even though the numbers are changing on the scale, my body is.
Keep up the support, I love reading your comments.
It's been four weeks?

See, this is what is going to make this time different. You have to answer to this blog this time, first off. Second, you are very much aware when you do something that's "off" and you can dedicate yourself to figuring out why. Even though you said there was no real reason, there was. Maybe you were tired of the whole thing, maybe it's hormones, maybe you were annoyed. Try to dig deep and recognize what made it happen but most importantly do as you said, push through it. Last week was absolutely horrible, but i pushed through too. We can do this girl!
