We finally got some nice weather today and I went on a walk with some friends and it was so nice to be outside again. I had our dog with us and she had a blast. I think she was just as crabby as us being cooped up in the house for so long this winter. We usually are not this cold for this long.
I have gotten better at planning meals and having snacks with me at all times. I tried the Oats and Chocolate Fiber One bar and loved it. It work well to control my cravings and subside my hunger. I feel great this week. My muscles are a little sore, but I just feel good. I guess we will see on Monday what the scale says but I know anyway that I am on the right track regardless of the number on the scale.

Great Job steph. I love the chocolate fiber one bars too. they sell them at costco too. I'll keep checking on you!

ReplyDeleteI just got a new Pilates DVD on Amazon that is great! It is broken into 4 15 min workouts so that you can do a little here and there or all 4. I went with all 4 the first day, all I can say is "Feel the burn!" :)
If you are interested in it, it's called "15 Min everyday Pilaes by Alycea Ungaro" She is one of my favorites, I have another one of her pilates books and she really knows how to make it workable for you.
Well keep up the good work and can't wait to see your Monday post...and if you gained a little, remind yourself that muscle weighs more than fat...at least that's what I keep telling myself. ;)
