Hmm

I don't know what to put for the titles anymore.

I am going to try and keep track of my workouts on my blog. We will see how that goes.

Workout 2/25

Treadclimber- 5 minute warmup
Abs and legs workout- 40 minutes
Treadmill - 27 minutes (1.50 miles)
