Weigh In Day

Well, I weighed in this afternoon and was down .8 pounds. Uhh wo hoo. I guess I will take what I can get.

Anyway, I also did my measurements this morning and have lost 8.4 inches since January 1st. That is enough motivation for me right now. I changed my workout today and boy do I feel it already. My muscles are going to be sore in the morning for sure, but I know it was a better workout for building muscle. I have to go back this afternoon because I ran out of time this morning and finish my cardio.

I can't believe it has already been a month. I am fitting into clothes that I haven't worn for months and that is very exciting.

  3. Congratulations on your effort so far. Fitting into smaller old clothes is better than going out and spending $200 on new ones. What a great feeling.

  4. I'm glad you measuring yourself. That's a lot of inches, and you obviously feel good fitting into your old clothes. I'm mad that the scale isn't giving you your numbers though. Keep it up, I'm so proud of you!

  5. Way to go Sista! Make sure you're eating all your points, as I had a friend who wasn't losing and it was because she didn't eat enough. Your intense workouts (I mean, Holy Sweat Batman!) are putting on lots of muscle, so you're making a rock hard bod under everything so when more weight comes off you'll look like a buff studina! Keep it up cuz you're winning!!!! xo Staci
