March, already???

Well, I weighed in again today and finally got a number I was actually excited to post.
4.4 pounds lost this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, I was really excited for that.

Today's workout included 25 minutes on the treadmill, 4 of these minutes were spent running. (2 minutes, walk, then 2 minutes) I haven't even tried running and I couldn't believe that it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be or had been in the past. I could still breathe and talk when I was done. Unbelievable. We also did some abs and stretching.

I also measured for the month and I lost another 4 inches.

I am hopeful that I have hit a turning point, but time will tell.

  1. YAY!!!! Nice job! Good grief, another four inches too? That's great Stephanie. The cardio must be paying off huh, or maybe your body finally just gave in. At any rate thats awesome!
