Another Monday and another weigh in. I lost 3.8 pounds this week. Another Wahoo, but I am getting a little concerned that it is too much right now or maybe my body is just giving me the break that I have worked so hard for. At any rate another 3.8 pounds is awesome and I am quickly approaching my first reward at 20 pounds which is a massage. I can't wait, it will be so nice.
The weather is starting to get nicer and it is easier to be out and active when the weather is nicer. Yesterday, I took Shadow for a great bike ride which she so desperately needed and it was nice that both Christopher and Shadow got tired before me. I even went my fastest mile on the treadmill at 16:32. Every little bit counts, I am hopeful to be out of the 70's next week, but will understand if that is not the case. I have lost a lot of weight in the past 3 weeks!

I don't think you need to be concerned as long as you aren't cheating your body out of food. If your eating enough of the right foods to fuel your body and stay healthy than it's perfect! Just keep it up. Surely it will slow down a little at some point but for now YAHOO for you! Good job again this week.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel!!! I've lost 20lbs since summer actually it's been more like the past 3 months. I'm wearing jeans i haven't worn in years and my work pants make me look like MC hammer. LOL! Keep it up, you've got all of us to keep encouraging you!

ReplyDeleteI am not at all worried about such rapid weight loss, if you have energy enough to ride a bike and the dog gets tired first, then you are obviously eating enough calories to provide yourself with sustainable energy. I am SOOOOO JEALOUS!!! You've lost more weight in the past three weeks than I have in the past nine weeks!!! Start blogging more about what you are eating, doing. Any food finds? Share the knowlege you amazing thing!
